This is a great place to eat with kiddos. The food is fast, but made with better ingredients. Order a large noodle bowl and ask them to split it for a better value. One large equals two smalls so you can feed a family for less. My only complaint is on to go orders since items can be missed. Be sure to check the order before leaving. They tend to forget the added on chicken.

My first time eating here. They got the order wrong and the oven wasn't working, so they couldn't make the Margarita Flatbread I wanted. Kind of hit and miss with the food. My beef stroganoff was greasy, only took a few bites. The Mac and Cheese was pretty good though.

Noodles is a good lunch spot. Better than most other big chain lunch placed. It seems like they switch up their menu often enough to keep me coming back. It's a good change from a week of burritos for lunch and they are playing it safe in the noodles and sandwiches spectrum of the lunch business. It's nothing mind blowing but still satisfying.

This location has really stepped it up. I probably visit at least once a week and the service is always fantastic. I totally recommend their to-go family sized meals. Every time I order, they have it already to go -- no wait time. Way to go Highlands Ranch Noodles! I'm a big fan!

This location must have a tight manager because the food portions are very small. I ordered a few 'regular' size portions (which is the larger choice) but it is held back very much. The Lone Tree location is definitely better, and the service is better there too. It's too bad this location is closer to me. I won't be coming through as often as I would.

The new Mac' n Cheese Burger bowl is amazing.. Cannot wait to go back and get another helping of heaven. Gotta love the folks who create this stuff. Keep up the good work.. I'll be back!

The 2 and a half stars this place currently has does not do this place any justice. I have eaten at this location, and a few others MANY times. 97.4% of the time I get the penne rosa with parmesan crusted chicken, whole grain linguini with drops of srirachi on each bite. I have discovered noodles perfection. I have tried other things, but nothing really compares. That gets five stars, all around I give it four. The mac and cheese is solid, but it's like 1500 calories, and if I am in the mood for pad thai I go to a thai place. Living in New Jersey now I really miss this place and I am hoping that one makes it's way out here soon.

The service is horrible! I tried to call to place an order and was hung up on twice, put on hold for 5 minutes and then the phone went straight to voicemail. I ended up calling the university location and got right through. I will not go to this location anymore even though it is closer because the employees never seem to care about their customers!

I ordered the Indonesian Peanut Saute with Shrimp. Very disappointing meal. It came as one big blob of rice noodles with 4-5 overcooked shrimp. I will pass next time as I like to be able to eat my noodles with chopsticks, not a knife and fork!

I like Noodles and Company. Its simple but it tastes good. We get it a lot because our kids love, absolutely love the macaroni and cheese. I had a bad experience at this one - let me explain. We got the macaroni and cheese and ordered meatballs on the side. Maybe they just need the sauce but they were awful, just awful. I took them back up and asked if we could get a couple pieces of flatbread in place (I think the meatballs cost the same as 2-3 pieces of flatbread) because the kids were still hungry. They ended up bringing out 1 piece and kept the meatballs (which we didn't want anyways). But they should have brought more than one and every other time I've had a problem at a different location I have had it fixed satisfactorially.

Not satisfied at all. Portion size was lacking and price was little extreme not to mention quality was less then subpar. Not a very kid friendly menu. Use to love noodles what happened?

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
